About Tipsy T Acres

Our Story

After many years of dreaming of having a little animal farm we founded Tipsy T Acres (named after our first family pet Tipsy) in January 2020. My wife Megan Tucker (founder) and I have always had a passion and love for animals and never could decide where our dreams would land us, and then one day she mentioned mini cows. Her initial thought was having a petting zoo full of all different types of miniature animals. This was just silly to me. But through her persistence we agreed to purchase some land, make a move, and start to plan our animal adventure. As soon as we got our land and before even being ready, Megan started things off by acquiring a miniature donkey. This led to some more frustration in the midst of getting the land ready, but ultimately got us on the same page and dreaming the same dreams. Our visions began to grow with each day that we spent taking care of our donkey. The love and joy we found through this one donkey led us to adding three more in the following 5 months. Now talks began to get serious about miniature cows which is where the dreams initially started. We got focused and decided to begin this adventure of ours and have a miniature donkey and miniature cow ranch, where we will be able to raise and provide some amazing therapeutic and lovable animals. Today, only two years later, our ranch is made up of 5 miniature donkeys and 13 highland/highpark cows and is continuing to grow. We are excited about our future of working with some of Gods wonderful creations and seeing our dreams come true.
